📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and coordinate engineering activities on bridge projects, ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to engineering specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications for bridge construction and maintenance.
• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to site teams, addressing any issues or challenges that may arise.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success.
• Participate in safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
• 3-5 years of experience in bridge construction and maintenance.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering software.
• Strong understanding of local and international regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
