Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the company's growth and success,Manage and mentor a team of managers and supervisors,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders,Monitor and analyze financial performance to ensure profitability,Lead and participate in company-wide initiatives and projects,Represent the company in meetings with external stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role,Proven track record of successful operations management,Strong leadership and communication skills,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Familiarity with logistics and transportation industry is a plus,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages,Valid driver's license
