📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of water treatment facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance personnel, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders using ERP and maintenance management software.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements, conducting regular safety audits.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices for maintenance operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and operations leadership roles in industrial or facility management.
• Certification in maintenance management (e.g., Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP)) is a plus.
• Proficient in using ERP and maintenance management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of water treatment processes and equipment is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards in the water treatment industry.
