Seed Crystal Sejahtera is looking for a Lead Staff Accounting to join our team in Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting functions of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial advice to senior management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting functions of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reports.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Oversee the payroll process and ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors and auditors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
