📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both existing and potential.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Knowledge of the local market and consumer behavior is a plus.
