📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement SHE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry best practices.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Provide training and guidance to employees on SHE best practices and procedures.,Monitor and report on SHE performance metrics and trends.,Investigate and respond to incidents, accidents, and near-misses to prevent recurrence.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a strong SHE culture throughout the organization.,Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and implement measures to minimize environmental impact.,Maintain and update SHE documentation, including incident reports, training records, and audit findings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Health and Safety, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the chemical industry.,Certification in relevant SHE disciplines, such as OSH, EHS, or ISO 45001, is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international SHE regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant SHE software tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
