• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 system support and availability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in system administration, data analysis, or a related field.
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Familiarity with enterprise system operations and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
