📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee and coordinate engineering activities on bridge projects, ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to engineering specifications and safety standards.
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications for bridge construction and maintenance.
- Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to site teams, addressing any issues or challenges that may arise.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success.
- Participate in safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
- 3-5 years of experience in bridge construction and maintenance.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering software.
- Strong understanding of local and international regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
