📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.,Identify and address customer needs and concerns promptly.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the retail or sales industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.,Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
