📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and customer behavior patterns.
• Optimize inventory levels to ensure we have the right products in the right quantities at the right locations.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to streamline supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement and manage inventory management systems, such as SAP or Oracle, to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of supply chain strategies to align with business goals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of supply chain activities.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in logistics and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related role.
• Proven expertise in using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or related fields is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
