📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.,Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with company goals.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.,Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a corporate environment.,Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.,Familiarity with HR management and employee relations is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
