📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate financial records.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.

Manage cash drawer and ensure proper reconciliation at the end of each shift.

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Follow all health and safety protocols.

Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Ensure compliance with all local and state regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Good knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.

Familiarity with restaurant operations and cash handling procedures.
