Pratama Cargo is seeking a dedicated Deputy Procurement Staff to join our team in Seminyak. This role is crucial in supporting the procurement process and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor evaluation and contract negotiation.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases.,Support the procurement team in managing supplier relationships.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.,Participate in procurement meetings and discussions.,Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.,Support the procurement team in managing procurement budgets.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant procurement software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
