📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests to ensure a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Assist with food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including inventory checks and cash handling.
• Promote our restaurant's specials and menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with basic food and beverage service, including table setting and clearing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes chaotic environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a genuine passion for serving others.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) of weight.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
