As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Oversee employee benefits programs and ensure they meet the needs of the workforce.,Coordinate with senior management to align HR practices with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
