PT Sumber Sinergi is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Tenggarong. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from home while maintaining office presence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Maintain positive employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Oversee performance management and employee development.,Handle payroll processing and benefits administration.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions.,Coordinate with senior management to address HR-related issues and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
