IRIS Mandiri is seeking a dedicated Quality Control professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and implementing quality improvement initiatives. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality inspections and tests to ensure products meet specified standards.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.,Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Maintain and update quality control documentation and records.,Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control procedures.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and methodologies.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
