📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to understand their operations and identify risks.,Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Providing guidance and support to staff on internal control matters.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance audit processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian auditing standards and regulations.
