📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
  • Manage and mentor a team of crew members, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.
  • Ensure all sales and service targets are met and exceeded.
  • Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.

  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
