Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.,Design, implement, and maintain our DevOps infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.,Automate and optimize our deployment pipelines, reducing manual intervention and improving efficiency.,Monitor and troubleshoot our systems, ensuring quick resolution of any issues that may arise.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the successful delivery of projects.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in DevOps, and share your knowledge with the team.,Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and implement necessary controls.,Work closely with the development team to integrate DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.,Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.,Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.,Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.,Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
