- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hospitality and foodservice sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and present sales proposals, including pricing and contract negotiations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in the modern trade sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality and foodservice industry.
- Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
