PT Mitra Fajar is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, as well as strong leadership and management skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all food and beverages are prepared and served to the highest standards.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage and train restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and other support staff.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve the restaurant's bottom line.,Ensure that the restaurant complies with all local and national health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure that the restaurant's food and service meet or exceed customer expectations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Proficiency in using computer software, including point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and financial software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.,Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.,Strong marketing and promotional skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
