📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the accounting and financial reporting for clients' funds, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to clients, including performance metrics and investment returns.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and accountants, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to clients, including investment strategies and risk management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, and provide training and support to junior staff.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new financial processes and systems.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Fund Accounting or similar role, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international tax regulations and accounting standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working in a Trust or Family Office environment is a plus.
