Conduct in-depth analysis of player behavior and game performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for our mobile games.,Develop and maintain comprehensive data models and dashboards to track and visualize game metrics.,Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the product and development teams based on data analysis.,Assist in the planning and execution of A/B tests and other data-driven experiments to optimize game performance.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mobile game analytics and product management.,Mentor and guide junior product analysts within the team.,Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the strategic direction of our mobile games.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.,3-5 years of experience in product analysis or a similar role within the gaming industry.,Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.,Experience with mobile game analytics platforms such as Firebase, Adjust, or GameAnalytics.,Strong understanding of game design principles and player psychology.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.,Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a remote and distributed setting.
