📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high-quality service and maintain a positive customer experience.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and maintain food safety and sanitation standards.,Manage staff performance and conduct regular training sessions.,Prepare and present financial reports to the management team.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote the restaurant.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.,Experience in inventory management and food cost control.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
