Toko Bangunan Wati Health Center is looking for a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct training sessions to educate and upskill employees.,Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training needs are met.,Maintain training records and provide reports to management.,Identify and recommend new training and development opportunities.,Facilitate workshops and seminars to enhance employee skills.,Provide feedback and support to employees during training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Experience in a similar role within the construction or retail industry is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum languages is a plus.
