📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate programs,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with business goals,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees during and after training sessions,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training management systems and software,Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus
