As the Director of Athletics, you will be responsible for leading and developing our sports programs, ensuring they align with the school's mission and vision. You'll work closely with coaches, athletes, and parents to create a vibrant and inclusive athletic environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and develop the school's sports and recreation programs, ensuring they align with the school's mission and vision.
• Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of coaching staff, ensuring they are qualified and committed to the school's values.
• Organize and manage interscholastic and intramural sports competitions, both locally and regionally.
• Collaborate with local sports clubs and organizations to enhance our programs and provide opportunities for our students.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sports safety and injury prevention program.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, sportsmanship, and inclusivity within the athletic community.
• Work closely with the school's administration to integrate sports into the academic curriculum.
• Represent the school at sports events and conferences, both locally and internationally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a sports or recreational program.
• Certification in sports coaching or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of sports rules, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with sports management software, such as TeamSnap or SportsEngine, is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
