📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing and AC issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections of plumbing and AC systems to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
• Work with the maintenance team to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and issue reports.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated with the latest industry practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in plumbing and AC maintenance.
• Certification in plumbing and HVAC systems (e.g., BPI, EPA, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, such as AutoCAD, HVAC design software, and maintenance management systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
